Ordering Your Christmas Tree

  • Before placing your order, carefully read the descriptions of each tree variety to ensure you choose the most appropriate tree for your needs. All trees are measured to the tip and are an approximate measurement.
  • Once you have chosen your ideal Christmas tree and placed your order, you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery or collection date. Please note, if you want your tree as soon as possible, the earliest we can despatch is the next working day.
  • Christmas Trees cannot be ordered online for despatch before 28th November. If you require your Christmas tree before this time, please call us to check availability.
  • If you need your tree for a special day, please arrange delivery ahead of schedule to allow for any unforeseen delays. This is a very busy time for our couriers.
  • Trees can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
  • Your chosen day is only a preferred delivery date, and cannot be guaranteed. The couriers will do their best, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. Please provide us with a safe place to leave your tree wherever possible to prevent you from being charged for redelivery.
  • Trees can be delivered to all Mainland UK and the Isle of Wight.

Delivery Charges & Method

Mainland UK

  • Standard orders without a tree £5.99
  • Local Delivery – Orders including a tree within an approximate 5-mile radius qualify for local delivery at a cost of £15.00 per tree. This will be calculated at the checkout based on your postcode.
  • Nationwide Delivery – We can deliver a tree throughout the country. The standard charge is £30.00 per tree with additional charges for Cornwall, Isle of Wight deliveries and the Highlands. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your postcode.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to any other offshore islands.
  • For any other delivery requests or orders for multiple trees, please contact us directly.

Delivery Method

All trees are dispatched using our chosen couriers. Details about our courier can be found on their website www.tuffnells.co.uk.

Orders not including trees will be sent via normal services either by Royal Mail, Fedex or Hermes.

Trees will be dispatched on express overnight delivery service. Please check your tree for any problems BEFORE signing for it. We cannot accept damage claims for goods that are signed for as received in good condition. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, it will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this can be instructed by yourself. If the items cannot be delivered and have to come out for re delivery, there may be a surcharge to pay. Deliveries are between 8.30 and 6pm. If you have any queries regarding delivery refer to the courier website where you can get contact details for your local depot.  Your order number/invoice number will be your reference. If you have not received your order within 3 working days of your delivery date, please let us know.  All delivery services are offered in good faith. However, we do not accept responsibility for items that do not arrive on a particular day. Furthermore, we cannot accept this as a valid reason to cancel your order. If you refuse your delivery or part of your delivery for this reason or any other reason except for damaged or incorrect items sent, you will be refunded minus the delivery cost and cost of returning the products to us. This does not apply to perishable goods.
